QuickBGCut provides a free online tool for removing backgrounds from images. The Service processes images entirely in the user's browser using WebAssembly technology.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Only upload images that you have the legal right to use and modify
• Not upload images that contain illegal, adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content
• Not upload images that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuickBGCut and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to images you upload and process using the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any processed images will meet your expectations
• The output is suitable for any specific commercial purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuickBGCut be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, process, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person
